Scripttest
Das Script testet mit lspci
ob eine Ethernet- oder Wirelesskarte erkannt wurde. Es wird getestet ob der Text ''Ethernet controller'' oder ''Network controller'' gefunden wird.

Fehlerursache
Die Netzwerkkarte wird vom Linux nicht erkannt. Dieser Fehler eigentlich tritt nur auf wenn es Hardwareprobleme gibt. D.h. die Ethernet- oder Wirelesskarte nicht richtig in den Rechner eingesteckt ist oder sie defekt ist oder HW Interruptprobleme auftreten.
Fehlerbehebung
- Prüfen ob die Netzwerkkarte richtig eingesteckt wurde
- Liegt eine OnBoard Netzwerkkarte vor muss die Karte im BIOS eingeschaltet sein
- Umstecken der Netzwerkkarte in einen anderen Slot
- Einbau der Netzwerkkarte in einen anderen Rechner und Test ob sie da funktioniert

Error message
CND0100E: Neither a network card nor a wireless card was found on the system.
Script test
The script tests with lspci
whether an ethernet- or wireless card was detected. The output has to have the string ''Ethernet controller'' or ''Network controller''.

Cause of error message
The network card isn't detected by Linux. That's mostly because of hardware problems, i.e. the network card was not correctly plugged in or there are HW interrupt problems.
Problem fix
- Check whether the network card was plugged in correctly
- If it's an onBoard card make sure the network card is enabled in BIOS

Plugin the network card in a different slot
- Pllugin the network card in another system and check whether it works there
