Als erstes muss das Script mit dem Firefox von hier runtergeladen werden. Nach
dem Click auf den DownloadLink wird gefragt, ob das Script gespeichert
werden soll. Diese Frage mit OK beantworten. Dann wird standardmäßig
das Script auf dem Desktop oder in dem Ordner ~/Download gespeichert.

und auf dem Desktop erscheint ein schwarzes Icon mit weissem Rand.Sollte
das Scriptdort nicht stehen wurde es in den Ordner Download abgelegt
und es muss mit Dophin in das Verzeichnis gegangen werden, um das Script
zu sehen.
Nun muss das Script ausführbar gemacht werden. Das geht mit dem kleinen Schraubenschlüsselsymbol.
Wenn
man das mit der rechten Maustaste öffnet erscheint ein Fenster wo man
die Eigenschaften des Scripts einstellen kann. Dort muss der Kasten Is executable / Ist ausführbar selektiert werden und dann Ok drücken.
Danach genügt ein Mausclick auf das schwarze Icon mit dem weissen Rand
und das ShellScript wird gestartet und fragt nach Eingaben
Diese
beantworten und dann läuft das Script los und erzeugt eine Ausgabedatei.
Auf dem Desktop steht nun ein neues Icon welches die Ausgabedatei
kennzeichnet. Wenn man nun auf das Symbol mit der Maus clickt öffnet
sich ein Editor und man kann die Ausgabe des Script lesen und die Tips
befolgen.
Die Ausgabe sieht etwa wie folgt aus:
Nun müssen die Fehlermeldungen gelesen werden und über die Links
versucht werden, die festgestellten Fehler selbst zu lösen. Wenn das
nicht zum Erfolg führt muss der gesamte Text per Copy und Paste / Kopieren und Einfügen in einem Forum gepostet werden. Besser ist noch, den Text auf einer freien Webseite im Netz abzulegen und nur den Link auf die Webseite im Forum zu posten.

Noch change the access rights of the script to executable. Click the key icon.
Open the icon with the right mouse button and select the box Is executable and clikc OK.
Now click the black icon on the desktop to start the script.
Answer the prompts and the the script will createmessages and create an output file on the desktop.
Now open the output file and click with the mouse on the icon.
The output will have following format:
Now read the error messages and read the help given on the linked pages.
Try to solve the problem on your own with the help webpages. If you
don't have any success copy and paste the the whole contents of the output file in a forum. It's even better to post it on some of the free websites and then post only the link to this free website in the forum.
