Raspberries can boot with netboot. Some folks also say per PXE, but in a strict sense it's not PXE, just netboot.
Anyhow, I own multiple Raspberries and starting with RPi3 they can boot with netboot. I did some evaluation on this and asked for support on the raspberrypi forum in this thread. Who is interested on this topic should read the thread. RonR helped me in the thread with his netboot expertise. In addition he also wrote a nice tool which helps to setup a netboot environment quickly on a Raspberry.
